Natasha earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. She has years of experience working one-on-one and in groups with children and adolescence helping them achieve goals of improving self-esteem and
body image, observing and reframing negative self-talk, fostering resiliency, and emotional recognition and regulation. She also has co-lead CBT and DBT based groups and using skills of using creative art, empathy and positive regard within the therapy setting to help individuals gain positive coping skills.

Natasha utilizes CBT and DBT in running her groups, providing individual counseling, and crisis intervention. She also uses creative art when working with children to assist them in expressing themselves.
