Bio
Brandon earned his Master’s degree in Counseling from Alfred University in 2020. With over eight years of experience providing counseling services, he has dedicated his career to supporting young adults as they navigate the challenges of personal growth and mental wellness.
Brandon has trained and worked in a variety of settings, including private clinics and community living facilities, which has allowed him to develop a well-rounded and adaptable approach to care. His therapeutic practice draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational techniques, and the Principles of Andragogy, ensuring that his methods are both evidence-based and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Central to Brandon’s philosophy is creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their goals. His ultimate aim is to help individuals move closer to their ideal selves and cultivate a mindset that supports lasting personal fulfillment and growth.
