Bio
Crystal earned her Master's degree from the University at Buffalo School of Social Work and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of ages and needs. Her experience includes community mental health and child welfare settings, where she has worked with individuals facing multiple diagnoses and diverse challenges.
Crystal utilizes an integrative approach, primarily incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while drawing upon Systems Theory and Psychodynamic Theory. She maintains a client-centered perspective, ensuring sessions are tailored to each individual’s goals.
Crystal values the development of a strong therapeutic alliance, creating a supportive environment where every client feels heard and supported. She works collaboratively with clients to achieve success by improving their quality of life in meaningful ways while empowering them to recognize their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
