She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method, Bowen Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. These approaches allow her to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual and couple.
