Nicole received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in New York in July 2022 and has over two years of experience providing counseling. She has worked with diverse populations including adolescents, adults, couples, LGBTQ+ individuals, trauma survivors, individuals with disabilities, immigrants, and cultural minority groups. Nicole's professional background includes working at Monte Nido Eating Disorder Treatment Center and private practice settings, where she integrated CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing approaches to provide comprehensive therapy.
Nicole establishes a comfortable environment by fostering trust and rapport to create a secure space for patients to openly express their thoughts and emotions. She emphasizes the importance of developing a collaborative therapeutic partnership wherein patients feel listened to, accepted, and understood. Nicole's treatment goals for her clients are individualized according to their unique needs and circumstances. Her ultimate objective is to empower clients to lead enriching, well-balanced, and purposeful lives.
