Bio

Rosemary earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Long Island University and has over 12 years of experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including Hispanic, American, and African American communities. She has worked in various settings such as program clinics and hospitals, supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health and life challenges.

Rosemary provides support for individuals facing a variety of issues, including Alcoholism/Addiction, ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Career Counseling, Codependency, Depression, Family Conflict, Grief, Learning Disabilities, Parenting, Racial Identity Issues, Self-Esteem, Self-Harm, Stress, and Women’s Issues.

Rosemary’s therapeutic approach is primarily Client-Centered, integrating techniques from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered to grow. Using SMART goals, she helps clients develop practical strategies for achieving emotional wellness, personal growth, and lasting positive change.
