Terry is a master's candidate in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Molloy University. He is an Afro-Caribbean from Jamaica, Queens. He utilizes an existential and client-centered approach in order to maximize the client’s ability to find their own solutions and foster positive outcomes. As an intern Terry completed coursework in various therapeutic modalities and has received supervised training in counseling individuals, couples, and families. He has worked with clients struggling with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Terry is committed to ongoing learning and growth in his field and strives to provide evidence-based interventions that meet the unique needs of each client. Terry enters every session setting clear expectations, practicing cultural sensitivity, and being empathetic to promote a comfortable environment for clients. Terry is excited and motivated to continue learning and expanding his skills as a therapist and looks forward to supporting his clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
