Victoria will be receiving her masters degree in mental health counseling at Long Island University in May 2024. She has a year of experience training in private outpatient psychiatric practice with individuals suffers from anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, OCD, bipolar, trauma, and
interpersonal conflicts.

Victoria utilizes approaches such as CBT, Narrative therapy and Integrative therapy to help her clients achieve their desired outcome. She focuses on building a therapeutic relationship through a non-judgemental and unconditional positive regard. Her goal is to help clients overcome the mental health impacts of life’s hardships and provide them with tools to improve their quality of life.
