Bio

Allie earned her Master’s degree in School Counseling from Hofstra University in 2022 and is currently pursuing an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling at Alfred University, with an expected graduation in August 2026. Allie has two years of experience working primarily with children and adolescents in middle and high school settings, supporting individuals with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, crisis situations, and life transitions.

Allie uses a collaborative, client-centered approach grounded in CBT, Adlerian, and Person-Centered theories. Allie also strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, supported, and heard, helping them build coping skills and confidence as they navigate their personal growth.
