Anita earned her Master's degree at Hofstra University and primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As a therapist who specializes in working with individuals with developmental disorders, her biggest goal is to provide them with options so they feel like they're a part of the decision-making process. Her main goal for all of her clients is to foster self-awareness, independence, increase their ability to relate to their peers, and develop coping strategies.
