Brian has been providing psychotherapy for over six years. He obtained his Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015 from Long Island University and his Bachelor's in Psychology and Philosophy from Stony Brook University.

Brian trained in outpatient and field-based mental health programs, working for Personalized Recovery Oriented Services and an Assertive Community Treatment team. Brian has experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds.

Brian uses a person-centered CBT framework with Motivational Interviewing when working with clients. He meets clients where they are and works to give them the space to tell their stories. Brian's objective in treating clients is to help them reach their own goals and overcome their barriers.
