Bio
Caitlyn holds dual Master’s degrees in Psychology from The New School for Social Research, with a concentration in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling, and in Clinical Counseling from the California School of Professional Psychology.
She supports veterans, first responders, and their families, as well as individuals and couples ages 20+ navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, spirituality, family conflict, anger, and substance use.
Caitlyn’s approach is psychodynamically informed and integrative. She uses evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
She strives to create a collaborative, supportive space where clients deepen insight, strengthen coping skills, and experience meaningful, lasting growth.
