Bio
Daniella is a trauma‑informed therapist who has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in both individual and group settings. She earned her Master’s degree from Stony Brook University in 2017 and has clinical experience in PROS programs, domestic violence counseling, outpatient facilities, and private practice. Daniella is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
Daniella uses an eclectic, client‑centered approach, integrating evidence‑based modalities such as psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, narrative, and art therapy. She consistently incorporates psychoeducation into her work to ensure clients feel informed in understanding the therapeutic process and the underlying factors contributing to their challenges.
Daniella’s goal in treatment is to help clients notice meaningful changes in their lives that reflect the insight and work taking place in sessions. She strives to create a safe, collaborative environment with open communication about session structure, treatment goals, and any adjustments that clients feel would best support their growth.
