Isaac earned his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in August 2020 from Nyack College and has trained in private practices and clinics. Isaac works with adults and preteens/teens aged 13-19. His experience ranges from working with those in need of career counseling to those struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, family conflict, grief, parenting, self esteem, and stress.

Isaac utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, existential therapy, gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, existential therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. He creates a comfortable environment for his clients through therapeutic alliance, empathetic listening, and by building trust.
