Jessica is a compassionate licensed mental health counselor with over five years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a range of emotional and life challenges. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John’s University in December 2023. Jessica is committed to helping clients deepen their self-understanding, build resilience, and develop meaningful coping skills that support everyday wellbeing. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, anger management, obsessive-compulsive concerns, and grief, guiding clients through these experiences with steady support.
Jessica approaches therapy through a psychodynamic lens while integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her work is grounded in a strengths-based, client-centered perspective that honors each person’s unique story and inner resources.
