Jonathan Caputo, LMFT
Staff Therapist
Bio
Jonathan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a PhD candidate in Couple and Family Therapy at Antioch University New England. He brings a thoughtful, compassionate presence to his work and has experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across many stages of life—from young children and teenagers navigating major transitions, to adults seeking deeper connection and healing in their relationships.
Grounded in systemic family therapy, Jonathan understands that relationships are deeply interconnected. He draws from Narrative Therapy, believing that the stories we tell about our lives shape how we experience the world. Clients are gently invited to re‑examine these stories, especially those that may no longer serve them.
Jonathan is committed to building a therapeutic space rooted in comfort, collaboration, and curiosity. He works alongside clients to help them feel understood, supported, and empowered as they redefine their experiences and strengthen their relationships.
