Kristine earned her Master’s degree from Hofstra University in 2023 and has years of experience providing counseling. Kristine has worked with children, teens, and young adults, primarily in a private practice setting. Kristine utilizes a blend of CBT, solution-focused, and humanistic approaches to support her clients.

Kristine prioritizes creating a comfortable and safe therapeutic environment by developing trust and rapport through empathy and a nonjudgmental approach. Kristine’s goals in treatment are to guide clients in building coping skills and resilience needed for lasting change, foster self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, encourage self-acceptance, and help clients create meaning in their lives.
