Kristine Giurco, MFT-LP

Staff Therapist

Bio

A graduate of Hofstra University’s Marriage and Family Therapy program, Kristine brings years of experience in private practice, where she specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults. She understands that individual growth is deeply connected to the family system and works collaboratively with couples and families to bridge communication gaps and rebuild trust. By utilizing a thoughtful blend of CBT, Solution-Focused, and Humanistic approaches, she ensures that every voice in the room is heard and valued while navigating the unique challenges of different life stages.

Relationships are the heartbeat of our lives, and Kristine helps families break old cycles to create a shared sense of meaning. By fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation, she encourages self-acceptance and provides the tools needed to navigate the world with confidence. Her goal is to help every client and family unit develop the insight necessary for a more fulfilling, connected life.
