Bio
Mary earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. She brings a decade of experience in social work to her role as therapist and clinical supervisor at Nassau Psychology. Her clinical training includes work at Nassau University Medical Center and Long Island Against Domestic Violence. At Nassau Psychology, she provides individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults struggling with mood disorders, emotional regulation, relationship issues, and trauma. As Clinical Supervisor, Mary also mentors therapists and graduate interns through case consultation and professional development.
Mary practices through a trauma-informed lens, integrating CBT, DBT, attachment-based approaches, empowerment models, and relational psychotherapy while remaining mindful of each client’s unique experiences. She believes in working alongside clients to help them feel heard, supported, and empowered as they move toward healing and personal growth.
