Abigail earned her Master’s degree from the University at Albany, SUNY, in May 2025. She has experience providing counseling services, primarily working with adults, seniors, and individuals through one-on-one sessions. Abigail received her training at a community mental health clinic, specifically the AMC Outpatient Psychiatry Center. Her clinical approach incorporates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and humanistic orientations.

To create a comfortable environment for her clients, Abigail prioritizes putting the client first, allowing them to lead the conversation during initial sessions to establish rapport. She often engages clients in discussions about their hobbies or interests to foster trust and connection.

Abigail’s goal is to build strong, trusting relationships with her clients, offering a supportive and authentic space for healing and self-discovery. She strives to facilitate growth and resilience, helping clients learn more about themselves and achieve personal development.
