Alexa earned her Master’s degree from Hofstra University in May 2024 and has experience in counseling a diverse adult population, ages 20–70. Alexa focuses on supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges and substance use concerns.

Alexa's clinical training includes both inpatient psychiatric settings and outpatient substance use programs. Alexa incorporates evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT, and person-centered therapy into her practice.

Dedicated to creating a welcoming and warm environment, Alexa makes it a point to meet clients where they are, fostering trust and comfort. Alexa's ultimate goal is to support clients in building lives they are happy living, empowering them to achieve meaningful and lasting personal growth.
