Bio
Allison is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Hofstra University, expected to graduate in May 2026. Allison has experience providing counseling services, working with a diverse range of populations including couples, individuals, families, parents, siblings, adults, teens, and children. Additionally, Allison received her training at The Saltzman Center Clinic and The Family and Children’s Association. Allison's clinical approach incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), systemic theories, and solution-focused techniques.
To create a comfortable environment for her clients, Allison offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to share their thoughts and feelings openly and authentically. She honors each individual’s unique story, meets clients where they are, and supports them in moving at their own pace.
Allison's primary goal is to provide compassionate support, helping clients gain insight, heal from past challenges, develop healthy behaviors, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
