Allison received her master's degree from SUNY Old Westbury in Mental Health Counseling. She has over 4 years of experience providing counseling with children, teenagers, and adults in multiple settings.

Allison utilizes a psychodynamic and object relations perspective, but also utilizes other theories in addition to best help her clients and their unique circumstances. Allison creates a comfortable environment by establishing rapport as a foundation for a good therapeutic relationship. This will create trust and comfort as therapy progresses, which will make it easier to open up. She wants to ensure that her clients know they are in a welcoming environment where they can count on confidentiality.

Allison aims to work with her clients and help them better understand what led them to their current position. Her goal is to use this understanding to provide clarity and the ability to make positive changes.
