Aubrey earned his Master’s degree from NYU in May 2020 and received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2018 from Hampton University. He has years of experience working in the mental health field, providing counseling and therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients. Aubrey has worked with children diagnosed with ADHD, as well as adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety and depression.

Aubrey utilizes a collaborative and integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT). Aubrey strives to create a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where clients feel validated and empowered from their very first session. Aubrey works closely with clients to develop individualized, meaningful goals aimed at improving overall wellness and fostering long-term growth.
