Autumn Decker, LMHC
Staff Therapist
Bio
Autumn earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hofstra University in the summer of 2025. Through her practicum and internship experiences, she provided individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings, including a community center and private practice.
Autumn has supported clients with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, disordered eating, perfectionism, family conflict, self-esteem challenges, and emotional avoidance.
Autumn takes an integrative approach grounded in CBT and person-centered principles. She strives to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment through empathy, active listening, and collaboration. By adapting her approach to each client—using play and creativity with children or emphasizing mindfulness and compassion with adults—she helps clients feel understood and supported.
Autumn's goal is to help individuals build insight, emotional awareness, and coping skills that foster resilience, self-trust, and lasting personal growth.
