Bio
Bella is pursuing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Adelphi University, with an expected graduation in May 2027. As an emerging clinician, she brings a compassionate, thoughtful, and client-centered approach to her work. Bella uses an integrative framework, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic techniques to meet each client’s unique needs.
Bella is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable.Her approach emphasizes building genuine connections and fostering trust, allowing clients to move at their own pace.
Bella focuses on increasing self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, improving relationships, and empowering clients to make meaningful, lasting changes.
