Bio

Carina earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Hunter College in 2020. With five years of experience providing counseling services, she has worked with diverse populations, including immigrant communities, college students, and survivors of domestic violence.

Carina has trained in a variety of settings, such as community-based organizations, college counseling centers, and community mental health clinics. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and person-centered modalities to provide individualized and compassionate care.

Carina works with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, career challenges, chronic illness, chronic pain, depression, grief, and more.

Committed to fostering a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, Carina creates a space where clients can openly share their experiences and feel supported. Her goal is to ensure that each client feels heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
