Chloe Graupman, MHC-LP
Staff Therapist
Bio
Chloe earned her Master’s degree from St. John Fisher University and has years of experience counseling adults in community mental health settings. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, personality disorders, social anxiety, substance use, serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), and self-esteem concerns. Chloe understands that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable and strives to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
Chloe uses an integrative approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy. She values collaboration, authenticity, and emotional safety.
Chloe’s goal is to help clients feel heard, seen, respected, and understood. She supports clients in developing greater self-awareness, building effective coping skills, processing and healing from past experiences, and developing greater confidence and empowerment in their lives.
