Bio
Dakota is currently pursuing her master's degree in mental health counseling at Adelphi University and is expected to graduate in Spring 2025. She desires to help individuals who suffer from anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, family conflict, trauma, parenting, self-esteem, and stress. She utilizes a holistic approach, incorporating therapies such as play therapy, CBT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness techniques to help her clients achieve their goals.
Dakota is passionate about helping others by creating an empathetic space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. Her goal is to work collaboratively with her clients to develop a comfortable treatment plan that is unique to each client.
