Enrica is currently working on her master's in Mental Health Counseling at Adelphi University. Enrica would love to work with people of all ages, from children to adults. She works with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and stress. She also works with children and families through the changes and challenges of life.

Enrica creates a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for her clients. She utilizes approaches such as CBT, play therapy, and mindfulness. In collaboration with clients, Enrica's goal is to explore underlying feelings that affect day-to-day life, helping clients discover their interests and passions.
