Erica believes that the best therapy happens when clinical expertise meets genuine human connection. A Mental Health Counseling graduate student at SUNY Old Westbury (expected 2027), she uses an integrative approach—incorporating Psychodynamic, Existential, and CBT perspectives—to help clients explore the "why" behind their challenges. Erica specializes in helping individuals strengthen their communication, master emotional regulation, and build a resilient sense of self. She provides a sophisticated blend of theory and empathy to support clients through their unique personal journeys.
Erica’s goal is to ensure you feel both emotionally safe and empowered to achieve the personal growth that matters most to you. Her practice is centered on the belief that a strong therapeutic alliance is the catalyst for change.
