Bio

Erica is currently pursuing her master’s degree at SUNY Old Westbury, with an expected graduation in 2027. Her clinical training takes place within a graduate program setting, where she is building foundational counseling skills.

Erica uses an integrative approach that includes Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, CBT, DBT, and Existential modalities. She creates a safe and supportive environment by collaborating with clients while also ensuring emotional safety for deeper exploration.

Erica's treatment goals focus on enhancing communication, improving interpersonal relationships, building self-esteem, increasing self-awareness, and strengthening emotional regulation to support clients’ personal growth.
