Bio
Erica earned her Master's degree from Long Island University in 2005 and has experience working with college students, adults, couples, and families. Her clinical training includes work in a crisis center, high school, mental health practice, and supported housing programs, providing her with experience supporting clients through a variety of life challenges.
Erica's approach is flexible and individualized, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, and holistic, eclectic techniques based on each client's needs. She believes therapy is most effective when clients feel comfortable, so she creates a welcoming space through thoughtful details like comfortable seating, calming lighting, open body language, and therapeutic tools that encourage communication.
Erica values building genuine connections with her clients and helping them identify meaningful goals. She strives to provide a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward positive change.
