Bio
Gabriel is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Adelphi University, expected to graduate in May 2026. He has gained hands-on experience at SIBSPlace and a private practice, where he supported children, adolescents, and adults through individual counseling, mindfulness, expressive arts, and tech-assisted therapies.
Gabriel has experience working with clients facing grief, mood and anxiety disorders, behavioral challenges, and academic accessibility needs. Gabriel’s therapeutic orientation blends humanistic, person-centered, and psychodynamic approaches with CBT, DBT, play therapy, expressive arts, somatic work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Gabriel tailors his approach to each client’s developmental stage and goals, emphasizing emotional safety, insight, and lasting change.
Gabriel is committed to creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported. Gabriel’s goal is to foster meaningful healing through authentic connection, self-discovery, and the development of healthier, more adaptive patterns.
