Gabriel is a Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Adelphi University (expected 2026) with clinical experience at SIBSPlace and in private practice. He supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating grief, mood and anxiety disorders, and academic challenges. His integrative approach combines humanistic and psychodynamic foundations with CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Gabriel further adapts treatment using play therapy and somatic work to meet each client’s specific developmental stage, ensuring a blend of individual counseling and mindfulness.
