Hayden received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in December 2025 after completing graduate education at Hofstra University, along with clinical training in a Community Behavioral Mental Health Clinic. Hayden has experience providing counseling services to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and a range of other concerns.

Hayden utilizes an integrative, client-centered approach that incorporates CBT, DBT, mindfulness practices, talk therapy, and play therapy. Hayden is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly.

Hayden focuses on fostering self-awareness, insight, and skill-building, with the goal of empowering clients with practical tools to manage stressors outside of therapy while supporting ongoing personal growth and emotional well-being.
