Bio

Jacqueline is a warm and compassionate counselor currently pursuing her Master’s degree at Adelphi University. She is dedicated to supporting clients with empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based therapeutic practices. Jacqueline has experience working with the Latiné/x community through opportunities connected with Stony Brook University. Jacqueline incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic/Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients navigate life’s challenges.

Jacqueline creates a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. She emphasizes active listening, empathy, and genuine connection to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.

Jacqueline's goal is to help individuals build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.
