Jake is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Hofstra University, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2027. Jake has experience working with young adults in school-based settings, where he has developed a strong interest in helping clients build confidence, manage stress, and improve overall well-being. Jake is passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate important life transitions.
Jake primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand patterns in their thinking and develop practical tools for change.
Jake is known for his warm and compassionate approach, creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard. His goal is to help individuals grow across all areas of their lives by strengthening coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and encouraging positive, meaningful change.
