Jaydin received her master's degree from Russell Sage College in 2023. Her various specialties include, but are not limited to, Anger Management, Anxiety, Codependency, Family Conflict, Parenting, and Stress. She utilizes theoretical orientations such as CBT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Person Centered, and Integrative. Jaydin creates a comfortable environment for clients by being nonjudgmental, validating, empathetic, warm, and allowing her clients to feel safe and build trust. Her main goal in treating clients is to get them to a comfortable place where they can live a full quality of life and have the skills to cope through stressors and symptoms that come up.
