Bio

Jaydin earned two master’s degrees in counseling and community psychology from Russell Sage College in 2023. She trained at SPHP’s Crime Victim Services. Her areas of focus include PTSD, OCD, relationships and interpersonal conflict, anger management, anxiety, and stress. Her primary goal is to help clients reach a place of stability and well-being, equipping them with the skills needed to manage stressors and navigate challenges while improving their overall quality of life.

Jaydin serves a diverse client base, including individuals and couples. She draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, humanistic, exposure and response prevention therapy, person-centered, and integrative modalities.

Jaydin fosters a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, validated, and understood, allowing trust to develop naturally.
