Jennifer received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Hofstra University in December 2023. Her desire is to help people as young as 5 years old through their personal, emotional, and social journeys. Especially those who suffer from ADHD, anger Management, anxiety, depression, learning disability, self-esteem, self-harm, sports performance, stress, women’s issues, and sexual issues.

Jennifer creates a comfortable environment by providing a safe, supportive and judgement free zone to allow her clients to be their authentic selves. To help her clients, she uses a person-centered approach along with Cognitive Behavioral therapy.

Her goal is to help clients develop their own vision towards success using tools that help to cope with daily stressors. She wants to encourage her clients to see their own strengths and acknowledge that growth and change are possible.
