Jordan Yotka , LMSW

Bio

Jordan earned her Master’s degree from New York University Silver School of Social Work. She completed her clinical training in residential and outpatient units at the Veterans Health Administration. She also gained experience at Fearless! Safe Homes for domestic violence survivors.

Jordan uses a client-centered approach to support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, fostering healthy relationships, intimacy and sex, self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts, and life transitions. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused techniques, distress tolerance tools, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Jordan holds a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult thoughts and emotions and getting comfortable with discomfort. Her work focuses on helping clients gain deeper insight, develop practical tools to strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, build self-esteem, and enhance overall life satisfaction and well-being.
