Bio
La’Nya is a dedicated psychotherapist who earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John’s University. She completed clinical training at the Cornerstone of Medical Arts Center, where she gained experience supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns.
La’Nya works with adults across diverse backgrounds, offering a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. She supports clients navigating substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges, meeting each individual with respect, cultural sensitivity, and genuine care. Drawing from a person-centered foundation, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a holistic approach, La’Nya tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Seh focuses on fostering self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and supporting the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being.
La’Nya believes therapy is a collaborative journey and strives to empower clients to lead more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
