Bio

Lea earned her Master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in February 2026 and is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. She enjoys working with adults from diverse backgrounds and believes in meeting each client where they are with warmth, curiosity, and compassion.

Lea completed her clinical internship at PROSper (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) and has experience providing both individual and group therapy in a supportive outpatient setting. She also has experience working with neurodivergent individuals through her background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which has shaped her thoughtful, flexible, and strengths-based approach.

Lea uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates Adlerian principles into her work, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique goals and needs. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Lea values building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships and is committed to helping clients move toward greater confidence, insight, and emotional well-being.
