Staff Therapist
Bio
Lexi earned her Master’s degree from CUNY College of Staten Island in January 2026. Lexi has been providing counseling services for several years and primarily worked with adults in a private practice setting, supporting individuals navigating mood disorders, personality disorders, life transitions, and related challenges. Lexi's training includes experience in both private practice and a hospital setting, giving her a well-rounded clinical perspective.
Lexi utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. Lexi is committed to creating a comfortable and supportive environment by offering a private, welcoming space, maintaining a client-centered focus, collaboratively setting clear goals, and practicing active listening.
Lexi's primary goal is to help clients achieve the personalized outcomes they set for themselves while fostering a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. Lexi strives to ensure that each client feels safe, supported, and empowered to view therapy as a space where they can openly explore and discuss anything they need.
