Lillian earned her Master's degree at NYU and has experience providing counseling for all ages and races. The theoretical orientations she utilizes are psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and existentialism. Lillian creates a comfortable environment for her clients by connecting with them on a personal level. Her main goal is to help them improve their lives by offering that human connection, empathy, proven tools, and new ways of thinking and behaving.
