Bio

Marie earned her Master’s degree from Hofstra University and has experience providing counseling in a private practice setting. Marie primarily works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, and has supported clients from diverse multicultural backgrounds who are navigating family stress and major life transitions.

Marie takes a person-centered approach to therapy, focusing on creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Marie prioritizes building strong rapport and trust from the very first session to help clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

Marie's goal in therapy is to support clients in making meaningful behavioral changes while encouraging personal growth, resilience, and greater self-understanding. Marie is committed to helping individuals develop the tools and insight they need to navigate challenges and improve their overall well-being.
