Bio
Natacha holds a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University, specializing in child development and family systems. She has over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic support to adults and families in schools, group homes, and foster care settings. Her integrated approach combines psychoeducation, mindfulness, spirituality, CBT, motivational interviewing, and client centered therapies.
Natacha facilitates therapeutic groups such as Mommy Circle and SOS: My Kid Is a Teen, helping mothers navigate the challenges of parenting. Natacha also leads an Afro-Caribbean women’s group focused on the unique experiences of women from immigrant backgrounds.
With a warm, client-centered style, Natacha creates a safe and supportive space where clients can openly share their concerns. Her goal is to empower individuals to make positive, lasting changes that enhance their daily lives.
