Rachel Rosen earned her master's degree in forensic mental health counseling in September 2023 at Touro University. She has worked with individuals such as children faced with adjustment disorder, ADHD and poor self esteem as well as adults faced with managing hallucinations, delusions and severe OCD. She utilizes Person- Centered Therapy and a Humanistic approach with an emphasis on CBT and DBT skills.

Creating a comfortable environment for her clients involves fostering an environment rich in warmth, empathic listening, and non judgement. Rachel's goal in treating her clients is to assist them in becoming the best version of themselves.
