Bio
Raven earned her Master's degree from Bellevue University and has experience working with children, teens, and adults, including clients from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. She completed her clinical training in private practice and is committed to providing support that considers each client's identity, experiences, and individual goals.
Raven utilizes CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She believes in building trust through genuine connection, cultural humility, and collaboration, creating a therapeutic experience that reflects each client's identity, experiences, and goals.
Raven creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. Her goal is to help clients build self-awareness, develop effective coping skills, and navigate life's challenges with confidence while recognizing their strengths and fostering a healthy sense of self.
