Bio

Ryan earned his master’s degree in counseling from LIU and has over two years of experience providing therapy to a wide range of clients. Ryan has worked with children, teens, adults, families, and neurodivergent individuals, as well as clients experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, school-related challenges, behavioral issues, grief, substance use concerns, and those within the LGBTQ+ community.

Ryan trained and worked for two years at VCS Inc., a community clinic in New City, NY, where he served as both an intern and a clinician. His therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, person-centered therapy, strengths-based practice, solution-focused strategies, and motivational interviewing.

Ryan cultivates a safe and attuned therapeutic space through consistent validation and a measured, grounded approach. He integrates clients’ strengths and interests into treatment to deepen engagement and encourage lasting change.

Ryan’s goal is to help clients build skills, gain insight, regulate emotions, improve daily functioning, and make meaningful progress toward their personal goals.
