Bio

Ryan earned his Master’s degree in Counseling from Long Island University. He works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, including neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Ryan supports clients navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, academic challenges, behavioral concerns, grief, and substance use, providing compassionate, developmentally informed care across the lifespan.

Ryan completed his clinical training and continued working at VCS Inc. in New City, NY. His integrative, evidence-based approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based practice, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing.

Ryan is committed to creating a safe, attuned, and collaborative therapeutic space. He focuses on validation and a grounded presence while incorporating each client’s strengths and interests. His goal is to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.
