Samantha is currently pursuing her master's degree at Adelphi University and is expected to graduate in May 2026. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, and Behavioral therapy. She has previously worked with those with autism and others with learning disabilities. Samantha creates a comfortable environment for her clients by having a warm and welcoming physical environment. She wants clients to feel validated and understood while she offers flexibility and ensures the sessions are aligned with the clients needs and comfort level.

Samantha's goals for her clients center around promoting a supportive and safe environment where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The ultimate aim would be to help clients feel more empowered, connected to themselves, and have the tools to navigate life’s challenges. Ultimately, the goal is to support her clients in achieving mental and emotional well-being while helping them create a fulfilling and authentic life.
