Sydney Navarro-Paci received her master's degree in forensic mental health counseling in January 2024 at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Through her time working at Global Psychiatric Epidemiology Group and with private practices, she has worked with different individuals such as couples and adults and has gained experience by utilizing approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness.
A comfortable environment is created for clients by using a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where they can explore their authentic selves and feelings without judgment.
Evelyn's goals for her clients is to help them explore their emotions, experience growth/acceptance, and to assist with their self-esteem and overall satisfaction with life and or work performance(s).
