Syerra is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University and completed her clinical training at Nassau Psychology PC as an intern. She focuses on each person’s strengths, their present experiences, and the small, meaningful steps that lead to lasting change. She works primarily with couples, young families, and adolescents dealing with stress, navigating communication challenges, or facing difficult decisions and transitions. Syerra values creating goals alongside her clients that feel both realistic and meaningful to their lives.

She walks alongside her clients, offering support, perspective, and guidance as they make sense of what they are going through. When working with her clients, she prioritizes building a genuine connection so that therapy feels safe, supportive, and truly collaborative.
